A leading Investment Bank in London has an urgent Requirement for a Murex Lead Business Analyst This will be an initial 6 Month Contract paying PAYE: £570pd PAYE with Reed - PAYE Umbrella £650pd

Context:

A business analyst experienced with Murex, who brings project delivery skills and knowledge of FX option trading and risk, is required to join the Bank's IT team.The successful candidate will work on our Murex FX options system as part of a team delivering critical services for front-office, risk management, and back-office users. He or she will become part of a fast-paced, highly agile and delivery-oriented culture, working on a mixture of smaller projects with traders/risk and larger front-to-back deliveries involving several teams.Skills:

Key skills required are excellent knowledge of Murex (v 2.11 preferred) and expertise in managing small and medium-sized projects. Strong understanding of market risk concepts such as sensitivities and VaR is also required.He or she will be experienced driving projects that involve changes to market risk, regulatory reports, or accounting, co-ordinating with trading, market risk, operations, and IT developers while providing project planning, analysis, and tracking.The successful candidate will bring strong analysis and communication skills, able to earn and retain the confidence of business sponsors in both front office and operations functions, while juggling competing priorities under constant time pressure.If you are a Business Analyst with strong Murex Knowledge please apply for a prompt response
