IT Help Desk Technicians / Service Desk Representatives

We have several IT helpdesk / service desk positions available with a major client in Preston.

Start: ASAP

Duration: 3 months plus

Hours: 40 hours per week on flexible shift patterns between 07:00 and 19:00

Skills/Experience:

- Remote support to customers

- Following a script to solve technical issues where ever possible / raising issues when not possible

- IT literate- using different packages including MS Office Suite

- Willingness to learn
