BuyerAberdeen£30'000-£45'000 + Training + Development + Private health care package + Pension + Holiday.Excellent opportunity for buyer from a subsea Oil & Gas company to join a stable and growing company who will offer technical development and progression.Based in Dyce this company specialise in the design and manufacture of subsea equipment that are supplied into the oil and gas industry.In this role you will be responsible for the procurement of a wide variety of commodities and materials for the manufacture of Subsea Piping Systems (for example Pipes, Fittings, Flanges and hydraulic schematic parts).The ideal candidate will have experience as a buyer or in procurement from a subsea oil and gas background. You will have experience of sourcing Pipes, Fittings, Flanges and hydraulic schematic kit parts.This is a great role for someone from a buying or purchasing background to join a leading oil and gas company where you can play a key part in this companies growth and development.The role:*Responsible for the procurement of a wide variety of commodities and materials for the manufacture of Subsea Piping Systems (for example Pipes, Fittings, Flanges and hydraulic schematic parts)

*Report directly to the Senior Management with Purchasing updates, forecasts and strategies.

*Assist / Manage other purchasing team members.

*Able to work with, assist and gather necessary information to provide regular updates to the Sales, Projects, Quality, Finance and manufacturing departments.

*Evaluation, negotiation, placement and co-ordination of Purchase Orders.

*Expediting and reporting of order process.The person:*Experience in buying or purchasing role.
