Quality Analyst - Holmes Chapel - 6 Months Quality Analyst - Holmes Chapel - 6 Months The work location is in Holmes Chapel and is a 6 Months contract. Pay rate is has a Shift Allowance taking it up to (£15.36) Per Hour The role is working for a well-established pharmaceutical company, which specialises in the manufacturing of inhalation products DescriptionQuality Analysts conduct testing of packaging and componentry items. The Quality Analyst is charged with performing their work in a safe and effective manner in compliance with cGMP and Regulatory requirements. The primary function of this position is to perform analytical testing in accordance with approved procedures/specifications, relating to the visual, dimensional and functional attributes of packaging/componentry items. It is a requirement to work closely with the Senior Quality Analyst / Analytical Quality Leader to resolve any analytical issues. Additional duties may be required as agreed by the Team Leader. Key Skills:Demonstrated capacity to adapt positively to changeA recognized ability to take ownership over assigned areas of responsibilityAn ability and willingness to meet customer requirements reliably within the value streamGood literacy, numeracy and verbal communication skillsRelevant technical/computer skillsStrong team working behavioursStrong attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to accurately follow written instructions Proven time management skillsDegree / HND / NVQ 4 or equivalent is required for this position.Experience in working within a cGMP environment is desirable Accountabilities:Conducts visual, dimensional and functional testing of print and componentry items using established test methods to produce accurate and reliable data in accordance with the principles of cGMP and in accordance with local procedures.Assures, through review, that data generated is accurate, reliable and reproducible.Works in collaboration with other team members to achieve testing of materials to agreed timelinesTakes on ownership of responsibility for assigned continuous improvement activities and actively partake in routine laboratory processes, i.e. daily meetings and LEAN initiativesIdentifies and implements improvements to processes/ideas in order to drive a positive Health and Safety culture, ensure compliance requirements are met and opportunities for efficiency savings are realisedThe planning of other team members' work (via visual management tool) may be required.It may be necessary to perform analytical training to other members of the team where the appropriate training has been provided If you are relevant or interested don't delay, contact me on 0161 924 3956 0161 924 3956
