2nd line support- Office 365 - 1st line support - Windows 10 - Desktop - IT Service Desk - IT Helpdesk - team lead2nd line team lead with solid Windows 10, Office 365, 2nd line and customer support experience needed for a permanent role in central Bristol.Up to 35k-38k per annum (+ benefits)Central Bristol (So you will need to be living within a commutable distance and due to the quick start needed relocators will not be considered)PermanentThe customer is a national company with an excellent reputation within their field and offices all over the UK. Due to growth and new contract wins they are looking to build out a Service Desk meaning they are looking for a 2nd line team lead who have supported end users to a very technical level, remotely troubleshooting technologies such as Windows 10 and office 365. You will have to have solid experience with remote desktop support as most of the people you will be supporting could be anywhere in the country.
