Due to a number of new projects, they now require a Building Surveyor to help them meet their business demands.In this role you will conduct full residential building surveys throughout London and Surrey, while also completing red book valuations for a range of clients. You will work autonomously on a range of high-end projects, managing both full-scale projects and property portfolio's.The ideal candidate will have a RICS-accredited degree, and either be chartered, or be progressing to chartership.
