Java Developer London to £55k

Java Developer / Java Software Engineer (SQL API) *Remote Interview WFH*. Would you like to progress your career, continually learning and collaborating in a start-up environment? You could be joining a music eCommerce and marketing platform for the Indie music scene.

Joining a small, dedicated technology team as a Java Developer you will design and develop new features and bespoke client requests to their SaaS product. You'll be working across the full development lifecycle within an Agile development environment with short iterations.

The technology stack is based on Java and SQL with plans to move to AWS for scalability. Excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing company, they have seen an uptake in subscribers over the past couple of months.

You'll be based in amazing offices in North London with recording studio onsite.

Driven by technology the company is able to offer a remote interview / onboarding process and work from home during social distancing measures with flexibility going forward.

Requirements:

Strong core Java coding skills

Experience of developing web based stacks and API integration

Good knowledge of SQL

Collaborative team member with excellent communication skills

Ideally you will have an interest / enthusiasm in music

Desirable: Grails, Groovy, AWS, Hadoop, Redis, DevOps, large data sets
