This company are seen as the industry leaders and have strong expansion plans for the coming years.The main focus of this role is to implement and maintain key areas of the business such as quality control & assurance, health and safety, training schedules, inductions and production reports. This role will have a specific focus on the candidates developing and progressing.The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing background such as electronics, automotive or aerospace and have experience in a roles that encompasses , quality engineering and leadership. Candidates must have a desire to progress into a senior management role.This is a great role for an engineer to join a leading renewable energy business that will offer you clear progression and a position where you will play a key part in this companies growth and development.The role:*Leading and managing Health & Safety imitative*Be in charge of Quality Control & Assurance*Conduct Training & inductions.*Compile and manage Production records - daily stats for all workstations, rejects, IV curves, EL testing, serial numbers, The person:*Wants progression into management roles.*Come from a manufacturing background- specifically manufacturing multiple components.*ideally come from an electronics, aerospace or automotive background.*Have experience in a role that encompasses quality, health and safety, documentation and leadership.*Degree qualified.*have development processes and systems.*Be competent with Excel.*Must living within a 30 mins radius of Pontypridd The services of Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd are that of an Employment Agency.
