*Management of a small design and technical team

*Assisting the product design and development

*Following projects through to completion

*Working with the sales and applications teams to win bidsTHE PERSON:

*Ideally degree qualified in mechanical, civil or structural engineering

*Prior experience in design and product development

*Knowledge of project management
