We're embarking on a major change programme, which makes this an ideal time for an individual who thrives on leading innovation to take on this highly visible role. We are currently undertaking a review of how our corporate services operates to support wider organisational change, and the implementation of a new ERP system will be central to this transformation programme. As Senior Product Owner you can expect to play an integral role in the delivery of this system. It's a great opportunity that will suit an individual with previous experience of implementing ERP systems, who can develop a thorough understanding of users' needs and work in collaboration to ensure that these are accommodated in the end product.
It's a role that demands a blend of technical knowledge and the ability to work well with others, instilling confidence and winning trust that will enable you to influence decisions (often at a senior level) and win support for new ways of working. Tenacious and resilient in your approach, you'll recognise the value of investing time in stakeholder relationships, and ensuring a thorough and tested understanding of user requirements informs your project planning. You'll be part of a small, dynamic team that will require you to adopt a flexible approach and work with varied project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
