Our Fareham based client is looking for an HR Advisor to join them with the following skill set:

Key skills:

*Experience of developing or amending terms and conditions of employment to reflect business needs whilst complying with the relevant legal framework

*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven track record of establishing, building and maintaining strong, collaborative and productive relationships with stakeholders and/or suppliers

*Experience of managing HR casework, preferably in a multi-site operational organisation

*Proven ability in organising a complex workload, prioritising and managing rapidly changing demands and priorities

*Ability to focus on the delivery of outcomes, work under pressure, respond quickly and decisively to changing circumstances and tight deadlines
