ITSM Administrator - £55k - £65k DOE

We have been asked by this global technology consulting organisation to assist in the recruitment of an ITSM Administrator to join the team and work on administrating, configuring and scripting the ServiceNow ITSM tool.

Role Overview

You will develop technical solutions that meet the business needs, familiarize yourself with user requirements to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmap.

Experience with ServiceNow specifically is not essential but desirable. Candidates with experience with similar ITSM will also be considered.

Salary: £55k - £65k DOE
