Excellent opportunity for a yard manager with experience working in plant, construction, waste or recycling to join a steadily expanding company in a highly varied, interesting and challenging position with long term progression opportunities.Based in Bristol this family run company is now a market leader within their industry. Due to steady continued growth they are now in a position to add a Yard Manager to their busy team.In this varied role you will have the opportunity to implement your own ideas and good working practices while running the recycling plant and up to 40 staff on site.The ideal candidate will be a manager from a recycling or waste background looking to take the next step in their career and manage a whole site. Construction or Plant experience may also be considered.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and expanding company offering a financially attractive, varied and interesting role.The role:

*Managing the day to day activities and running of a recycling plant

*Managing up to 40 yard operatives & drivers

*Dealing with materials, logistics and Health & SafetyThe person:

*Previous Yard Manager experience, ideally from a Waste or Recycling background

*People management experience
