Main Duties - Troubleshooting and resolving end-user IT incidents for customer sites and various projects. This will be professionally executed over the phone, email or in person.Managing service desk responsibilities and infrasructure while maintaining (KPI's) and customer service standards.Basic end-user computer operational duties.Displaying a work hard attitude with great communication skills. Previous Technical Experience with -Microsoft Azure, Windows 10Office 365Windows Servers (including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.) Networking (VLANs/LAN).Vmware Desirable Experience with -Experience in a previous end-user or service desk role. Microsoft TeamsKnowledge of Apple and iOS.
