Senior Service Delivery Manager/Head of IT Service Delivery /Head of Service Delivery/Senior ITIL Service Delivery ManagerType - Permanent Location - Twickenham - with travel to Midlands Offices Salary - Circa £60000- £65,000 per annumSenior Service Delivery Manager/Head of IT Service Delivery /Head of Service Delivery/Senior ITIL Service Delivery ManagerSenior Service Delivery Manager required to join a fast paced IT department based in Twickenham. The chosen candidate will head up the Service Delivery function managing a team of Service Delivery Managers implementing, owning, maintaining and governing ITILv3 Service Delivery Processes.This role will involve championing end user experience and acting as the Business partner for IT Service/Infrastructure and liaising with the Senior Leadership Team across the business to provide them updates, capture their requirements/requests and feed that back into the Technology Team.Key Skills/Experience - 10+ Years experience in Senior Service Delivery Positions - Certified in ITILv3 Practitioner or above standard.- Certified in Prince2 or equivalent Agile methodologies.- Be able to demonstrate an awareness across infrastructure disciplines, e.g. Office 365, Networking, Servers, Datacentre / storage area networks.- Excellent written and verbal communications and ability to prepare and present complex subjects using statistical data and formal reports, presentations, diagrams and other approaches where appropriate.- Excellent inter-personal and customer service skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships at Senior Manager/Director level.- Highly organised with an eye for detail and a passion for documentation and Continuous Service Improvement.If this sounds like something of interest please apply below.
