The CompanyThis company is a large ISV working within the ERP domain across Europe and Scandinavia. They are made up of around 60 people in the Stockholm office and continually expanding. They are a culturally diverse team with an abundance of highly skilled AX and NAV professionals and a range of customers across different verticals and industries. Key Skills & Experience:Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX functional capabilities centred around Finance & accounting.Understanding of ITIL processes and their application to supportGood written and verbal communication skillsGood presentation and demonstration skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet objectivesProblem solving skillsResponsibilities:Monitor and maintain the Dynamics support queueAim to align response times with team SLA's delivering a consistently high quality of serviceDemonstrate a working knowledge of Dynamics and supporting technologyConduct research to fully understand assigned issuesDiagnose and resolve Dynamics problems and provide information to educate the users on resolutions in a prompt, courteous and professional mannerEngage with appropriate internal and external resources to resolve technical issues and keep users updated on progress toward resolutionEnsure that support issues are assigned, and resolutions are documentedRegularly review support log to track performance, trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
