A client of mine in the West Midlands are looking to hire a highly skilled Dynamics CRM Trainer to aid their user base of roughly 300 users. My client have recently implemented D365 CE as a means of maintaining customer relations however are experience low levels of engagement with the system and low user adoption rates, therefore it is essential that the successful candidate hits the ground running.On a day-to-day basis, the successful candidate will be running workshops to increase the users compatibility with the system and make them more aware of the various custom functions put in place by my clients 3rd party vendor. Moreover, the role includes a fair amount of data logging and running reports within Dynamics.
