Specific responsibilities include but are not limited toProactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and aboveBe involved in the financial management of clientsBe actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clientsContribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumenDevelop strategies to solve complex technical challengesAssist in the management and delivering of large projectsTrain, coach, and supervise staffKeep up to date with local and national business and economic issuesContinue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brandThe role You will be responsible for project delivery across a range of Salesforce-related projects, from mid-sized rollouts to full scale digital transformation programmes. You will be fully responsible for delivery of one or more projects in our portfolio, managing the client and internal teams. You will work closely with the commercial team during presales and will participate in our resourcing processes. The role is multi-faceted and the proportion of your time spent on each aspect could vary from time to time. Responsibilities will vary from project to project but will includeOwn the delivery of all aspects of PwC delivery on a projectWhere necessary work across projects in parallelDevelop and maintain project / programme plansManage and be the point of escalation for project risks and issuesManage all workstreams for your project delivery including near/off-shore when necessaryCoach and develop the internal team on delivery processes and best practiceDelivery to time and budgetDevelop and maintain a positive can do approach within the project teamCoach and develop the PwC delivery team to support widening their knowledge and understanding of delivery best practiceEnsure smooth handover from sales in to Delivery teamsFacilitate review of proposals as necessary during the presales processProvide reporting of project performanceThe essentials Proven experience in project managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience in CRM and/or digital deliveryExperience in managing software application development projectsExperience in working with Agile MethodologiesThe nice to have Majority of related experience gained in one of the following sectorsFinancial Services - Retail and Commercial BankingFinancial Services - Insurance and Investment ManagementFinancial Services - Capital MarketsPrivate Sector - Energy, Utilities and ResourcesPrivate Sector - Technology, Media and TelecommunicationsPrivate Sector - Retail and ConsumerPrivate Sector - Industrial products, manufacturing and professional services
