Our Central Government client based in London are recruiting for an SC Cleared Business Analyst.Analyse user/business needs ensuring outcomes align with strategy, delivering to the agreed architecture. Responsible for discovery of user needs, gap analysis, impact analysis, stakeholder management, solution design, Users Stories creation and maintenance.The Role

Requirement Gathering - Drive the research and gathering of requirements;

Process Modelling - map 'As-Is' and To- Be' processes;

Gap Analysis - Evaluate requirements against the present state & the target state;

Impact Analysis - Analyse the potential consequences of a change;

Benefit Analysis - Evaluate identified benefits;

Stakeholder management/engagement - Engage with key stakeholders and users;

Assurance and Quality - Apply recognised methodologies, audit test and quality gates.

Tractability - Ensure the delivery of change is made against an auditable process; and

Delivery Products Tools and Documentation - Ensure the delivery of change is made against an auditable process.Key Skills / ExperienceEvidence of in-depth experience in Business Analysis - gathering needs and analysing information using comprehensive tools and techniquesEvidence of ability to map business processes and data flow from source to target according to the data and development lifecycleProcess re-design and optimisation and mapping of user journeys. Producing As-Is and To-Be business process models.Experience of working with both traditional and modern interfaces and systems integration, to document proposals for possible solutions and drive the solution of choice with the developers and others.Evidence of strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate and build relationships effectively with a broad range of people, both verbally and in writingDemonstrable experience in writing acceptance criteria, carrying out acceptance testing to validate technical designs and developments.Experience of working in an Agile environment using SCRUM or other Agile frameworksPrevious experience of delivering similar services within similarly complex environments Business Analyst (SC Cleared), Business Process, User Journeys, As-Is, To-Be, Scrum, Agile, Project Manager, Management, Analyse, Impact, Central Government, Public Sector, Security Cleared, SC, DV, Vetted, London
