I am helping not only one of Bournemouth's fastest growing business but one of the WORLDS fastest growing businesses to source an E commerce product import manager to join and help grow the business further!!The role:
You will work with sellers to help them list on their online marketplace, through various methods. You will typically need to manipulate and import the data submitted in seller product feeds, ensuring feeds meet specifications of their platform. You will support sellers through their ticketing system, as well as helping to utilise better product data and ensuring products are suitably categorised.
The role is an essential part of the business, and you will play a vital role in the growth of their marketplace. You will work both independently and as part of their expert product team, directly for their eCommerce Manger.
Key duties:
- Manipulating product data
- Importing completed files into the system
- Reviewing product change requests
- Providing support to sellers via the ticketing system
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure seller needs are met
Essential Skills:
- A minimum of 1-year previous eCommerce product management knowledge
- • Experience with MS Excel - the ability to collect, track, and analyse large amounts of data
- • Attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the desire to offer good customer service
