Senior Service Desk Manager/ Senior Desktop Support Manager/IT Desktop Manager/Desktop Support Manager/IT Support Manager/Technical Support Manager/End User Support Manager/End Users Services Manager/Head of IT Support/Head of IT Service DeskLocation : Twickenham (with travel to other locations required)Salary: Circa to £60,000 per annumType: Permanent Senior Service Desk Manager/ Senior Desktop Support Manager/IT Desktop Manager/Desktop Support Manager/IT Support Manager/Technical Support Manager/End User Support Manager/End Users Services Manager/Head of IT Support/Head of IT Service DeskSenior Service Desk Manager required to join a large IT function for a company based in Twickenham, this will also require travel to some other sites. The chosen candidate will work with the CIO, Department Heads and other Senior Technical managers to deliver an efficient and high performing Service Desk. Alongside this you will line manage a large IT Support function (1st-3rd Line) to ensure support is being provided in line with SLAs and KPIs. The role will also still involve playing a part in incident management and also take ownership of complex support issues, as well as being a point of technical escalation. Key Skills/Experience - 10+ Years in a leadership role in a Service Desk/IT Support function in a medium/large sized organisation.- Managed teams of at least 10 people - Owned Service Desk improvement initiatives - Excellent Communication Skills and ability to engage with a range of stakeholders both technical and non-technical - Extensive background in IT Support/Infrastructure Support - hands on - ITIL and Microsoft Certified - O365 - Broad knowledge of Networking - Windows Server- Data Centre/Storage Area NetworksIf this sounds like something of interest or you would like to find out more please apply below.
