Lead Design Business Analyst

This is a unique role for an individual with a strong change management background who has also been involved in contributing to the development and maintenance of the architecture and design methodology of a business. Your previous roles would have likely been as a Business Analyst and/or Change Manager in roles which have required you to be involved with the business design/architecture or design of target operating models.

You will have excellent change management skills, have previously identified opportunities for improvement and provide technical insight to support strategic objectives and have successfully managed multiple change projects.

The business is mid way through a major transformation of their target and transitional operating models.
