They have ambitious plans to continue their growth and are looking for a Supervisor who will be instrumental in this growth.This role will be a combination of office based and providing technical support to their employees out in the field. You will supervise a team of 10 engineers and you will be responsible for coaching and training them. You will be responsible for ensuring performance and productivity of engineers carrying out day to day works.This role would ideally suit an individual who is looking to join a market leading company, where you will receive lots of training and development, whilst working in a varied role.Candidates from Ex-Forces are encouraged to apply.

The Role: Supervising a team of 10 engineers

Combination of office and field based

Working 1 in 4 Saturdays

£29,000 - £31,000 + Progression + Training + Van + 33 Days Holiday + Excellent Benefits

The Person: Must have experience of working within the Telecoms industry

Must have a full driver's license
