Requirements:

You have experience as an Client Support Engineer or in a similar role, e.g. Application Support Analyst

You have strong Linux OS experience

You have good working knowledge of Networking technologies

Ideally you have some scripting skills, e.g. you can code with Perl (or similar)

You're familiar with MySQL / SQL commands

You're a positive team player, keen to learn and progress

You're degree educated in Computer Science or similar subject
