Senior Java Developers sought by a rapidly expanding FinTech business who are a leading partner to some of the worlds largest Investment Banks Hedge Funds and Asset Managers. My client is a global business, headquartered in Europe but with offices in the Asia, Americas and the UK. They are now about to embark on a significant period of expansion and are therefore very keen to speak with experienced Java Developers with relevant Front Office Technology experience. We are looking for joiners for both the Consulting and the Product side of the business, so you will have the choice of career paths - either being embedded in an Investment Bank's Global Software Engineering organisation or design and building in-house built SaaS Trading Systems for use by a high-profile international client base. Requirements5+ years' commercial software engineering experience with a focus on Java.Good exposure to Agile, Scrum and DevOps methodologies, although training is available as required. Commercial exposure to Databases, Integration/Messaging Technologies and Linux.Domain exposure to include Commodities, Derivatives, Equities, Fixed Income, FX and/or Rates.Knowledge of Pricing and Risk methodology and systems extremely desirable.Exposure to Vendor Trading Systems such as ActivePivot, MarketView, Murex and Sophis desirable.
