A well-established tailor is looking for a Sales Manager to join its team in Cambridge with flexible working available to include 2/3 days per week in the office. As Britain’s leading and most experienced robe maker they are proud to supply academic dress to the highest quality, ethical and environmental standards. As the Sales Manager your duties will include:Designing and delivering successful sales strategies for client retention and new client acquisition to grow the business.Identifying and engaging with graduation contract key decision makers in institutions to establish their priorities and understand their buying process.Designing and delivering excellent presentations to communicate USPs and benefits to institutions and their students.Identify and attend trade events to engage with key decision makers and influencers physically and digitally.Working collaboratively with the Social Media / Web team to ensure marketing messages and interaction align with your sales strategy and messaging. We are keen to speak to people about this Sales Manager position with the following skills and experience:
Proven track record of creating and delivering sales campaigns. Experience of B2B and B2C markets.Experience of complex / consultative business development, account management and new business sales.A commercial aptitude with experience of working with multiple stakeholders.Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and customer databases. You will be joining a company who work with trusted suppliers to apply quality control procedures allowing them to trace our materials back to their source. In return, you will receive a salary of £55K to £65K dependent on experience plus bonus (£10K), pension and laptop.
