Service Desk Analyst - Permanent - London Our client are currently looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team in London on a permanent basis. This role will provide 1st and 2nd line support to the business as well as desk side support and remote support to other offices. Key Responsibilities:Be the first point of contact for all IT issues and requests, ensuring service desk requests are triaged appropriately and resolvedProvide desk side support to local offices.Provide meeting room support. Requirements:Technical administration experience with Active Directory, Windows 10, Office 365 and ExchangeWorking knowledge and experience of maintaining current IT hardware, desktops, laptopsTroubleshooting, PC/laptop imaging technology, mobile telephony and desktop security (anti-virus, anti-malware)2+ years' experience in a similar roleA background in System Support or Service Delivery in a customer orientated organisation If you are interested in the above role, please apply!
