Our leading edge, dynamic new start-up client is currently searching for a Semiconductor Device and Applications Engineer to join the team in Cambridge. The role will involve device and material modelling of compound semiconductor devices as well as device fabrication and testing. Working closely with the VP Product Development and developing future III-V materials and device technologies will be a requirement. Publishing scientific papers and attending conferences will be part of the role. Required skills for the Device and Applications Engineer will include:Compound semiconductor materials and device knowledgeHands-on clean-room process experience (lithography, deposition, etch etc) Excellent communication and presentation skillsPhD Physics, materials, engineering or equivalent  Please contact Rachel Anderson for further details
