A top global investment vehicle and investment services provider wishes to add an experienced Manager to their Private Equity Investor Services department. The people management skills are the focus of this search alongside a good fund background in either Transfer Agency, Investor Services or Fund Accounting.If you are finding that you are stuck in a supervisory, team lead or assistant manager role then this would be the perfect opportunity to take the next step in your career. Job Responsibilities:Day to day management of the Private Equity Transfer Agency team and function for the region.Ensuring all SLA's and client deliverables are achieved and to the approved quality standards.Relationship management of critical and high revenue clients as well as responsibility for investor issues that may arise.Provide insights and assessments to Senior Management in relation to efficiency projects, department improvements and staffing requirements.Ensuring the team adheres to the Transfer Agency procedures, controls, quality standards, regulations and documentation.Train, mentor and coach team members and subordinates to develop the strongest team possible. Main Requirements:6+ Years experience in Investor Services, Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting or a similar department.2+ Years in a supervisory or team management capacity.Degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, STEM or related field.Top level communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders and clients.Knowledge of Investor Services functions and related processesExperience using Investran is beneficial but not necessary.
