IT Application Manager / Solution AnalystThe Role: As an Application Specialist of the Digital Workplace / Hub team you will be responsible for ensuring smooth running and operation of the services used by nonclients and clients, both institutional and individuals Subject matter expert of end-to-end processes acting as a point of escalation for both business and L2 support Analysis for incidents and defects, tracking and coordination with internal and external providersSupport the development team evolving system architecture and design within the eChannels contextProposing continuous improvementsAnalysis of incidents and defects, proactive trackingMaintenance activities (e.g. lifecycle measures, configuration and reporting)Service monitoring, availability control, handling of incidents and problem tickets service level communication and escalation where necessaryYour Profile: Higher education in computer scienceGood communication skills (English, German as an asset)Good knowledge of web technologies Good knowledge of Kubernetes / Docker deploymentProfessional understanding of IT integration, interfaces and design patternsExperience of a business or user support functionProactive, autonomous, analyticalHighly structured, able to address options and underlying evaluationCapable of working on multiple activities in parallelDesirable:Knowledge in Unix, bash, SQL, ITIL, DevOps, Jira, Confluence or WikiDevelopment background like Java, .net, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, restful services, websockets, mobile technologies / app development and deploymentConditions: Start: June 2020End: December 2020 - extension possibleLocation: ZurichIn case you are interested in this position, please send your CV together with information about your availability and salary expectation to c.barth(at)computerfutures.ch.
