This software development company is on the hunt for a digital business analyst to join their team. You'll get a chance to work in a friendly and relaxed office environment and to hone your skills with a great group of passionate people!

Please note: They are still actively recruiting during the lockdown. All of their staff are currently working from home so interviews will take place remotely. They expect that the successful candidate will work from home initially and then be office based when things return to normal.

Who are you?

Your attitude is as important as your skill set for this role. You'll need to be self motivated and ready to hit the ground running, working with their clients to review their existing processes and use this information to populate their award winning repairs diagnostic tool in a way that works with both the software and the client's business logic.

The right Business Analyst will be business oriented and have experience gathering requirements for software focused clients. You'll need to enjoy working with people, be super organised and able to simplify complex systems.

Experience with Agile working and development is not essential but desired.

A good, proactive attitude is a must.

- Enjoy working collaboratively across internal and external teams to understand, document and prioritise new and existing requirements

- Love working with data sets, Google analytics experience is not essential but is preferred

- Are able to work across teams - you'll need to communicate with multiple clients, project managers and coordinators, designers, developers and content designers to ensure you're providing the best solution for their clients

- Use data to drive decisions and maximise value to the business

- Have a strong technical understanding

- Have a "can do" attitude and are happy with a wide range of tasks including client calls, reviewing project plans and documents, analysing processes and creating user journeys and populating content in their products in keeping with customer requirements

- Are driven and self sufficient, you'll be the first business analyst in their business and expected to pave the way
