Dynamics (BC) NAV Consultant - £65,000, Car & Bonus The role: I am actively recruiting for an UK based Dynamics Partner as they seek to build their Dynamics 365 Business Central team. The company are specifically looking for a candidate who has expertise with Dynamics NAV working on end to end Implementations across a range of sectors. The client are celebrated for their internal training and progression. The 2 candidates I helped join the company have found the founding ethos of the client to be a breath of fresh air compared to the Gold Partners they previously worked for. The old Dynamics culture of 70 hour weeks and hour driving up and down the country can not be found in this company, they are 'innovative' and 'customer-focused'. This role offers the chance to join a company in a pivotal point of their growth and assist in their expansion within their Dynamics NAV Team. The position will involve the management of their successful D365 BC deployment whilst improving processes to assist in the development of the business. What will you be doing? Developing their Dynamics 365 Business Central system, tailoring to the industry - Analysis, Design, Installation, Testing, Training Consulting with key customers stakeholders surrounding development and configuration. Helping Senior professionals with further client growth across UK, shaping key decision making with senior members of the company What skills do you need? Over 2 years' experience with Dynamics NAV from an implementation perspective (exposure to D365BC - not required) Strong communication skills - ability to communicate across all verticals of national organisations Passionate, driven approach to your career What can this role offer me?
