Client Trainer / Technical Trainer (SaaS) *Remote Interview WFH*. Opportunity to establish a formalised client product training offering for a successful technology based company whose unique core product is a complex traffic management SaaS software suite used throughout the country to enable better planning.

As a Client Trainer you'll be able to take ownership and make a real impact on this growing business. You'll be responsible for creating an entire training programme including content and material creation, there is some existing video content and documentation - you will build on this and essentially create a training programme from scratch with a great deal of autonomy to make it your own. You'll make the recommendations for how it should look, what it should comprise of and how it should be presented. Your work will enable less face-to-face training and will become revenue generating.

You'll join a collaborative, motivated team in modern City based offices with flexible working opportunities (including the ability to work from home).

Driven by technology the company is able to conduct a remote interview and onboarding process during the current social distancing measures.

Requirements:

You have experience of creating engaging, clear and concise technical training material and rolling this out to a large user base

You have excellent communication, collaboration, written and verbal skills; ability to build strong and effective client relationships

You're confident and motivated, keen to create an entire training piece from scratch

As a Client Trainer you will earn a competitive salary (to £40k) plus bonus and benefits package.
