An Award Winning Investment Bank in Liverpool St London are now looking to hire a eFX Techncial Support Analyst with direct interaction with the Business users, Development teams and Senior IT Mgmt. This role is paying £80k - £85K Basic + Bonus + Excellent Benefits.

Key ResponsibilitiesWorking as a member within the team responsible for the delivery and support of IT services to the Global FX Sales and Trading teams; providing 1st and 2nd line trade floor support, incident management and resolution.Role Requirements:Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplineGeneral understanding of financial markets and products, in particular FXExperience in IT for capital market (business, products, applications)Extensive experience supporting a live eFX Trading environmentStrong experience providing technical support for FX or Fixed Income Desks within an Investment Bank.Experience in IT support and service managementCandidates will ideally have worked in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment supporting mission-critical applications and/or infrastructure, facing off to demanding customersStrong experience working with both project team & usersExperience Required:Experience in IT for capital market (business, products, applications)Extensive experience supporting a live eFX Trading environmentStrong experience providing technical support for FX or Fixed Income Desks within an Investment Bank.Understanding of Market Data systems, support of Marketview, D2C.Strong Knowledge of;FX Products (Spot, FWD, Swaps)FX Venues and LiquidityApplication administrationGood knowledge of :Windows / UNIX administrationECNSQLNetworks & connectivityIf you would be interested in this new role please apply now by forwarding your up-to date CV.
