Junior Business Analyst - Business Change, UAT, TFS, VSTS, Agile.I am currently recruiting for a Junior Business Analyst based in Central Bristol. The role is on a 12 month FTC basis and the client is looking to pay £28,000 to £34,000.My client is looking for an individual who is looking for the next step in their career after coming Business Analysis Background. This role is going to be focusing very much on looking at improving the organisations current software and processes and having the ability to recommend new investments in the services. Being able to communicate, manage expectations and deal with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation. You will be able to elicit requirements by using a variety of methods.This role will cover around 10/15% UAT testing and as such previous experience will be a real benefit or is a brilliant opportunity for someone that could be looking to turn their hand to a bit of testing. Experience using Visual Studio Team Server (VSTS)/Azure Dev ops will be beneficial.This ideal candidate will have experience including a combination below;- Experience as a Junior BA

- Requirement Gathering and translation

- Excellent communication across all levels of the business

- User Acceptance Testing/ Manual Testing Experience in an Agile Environment
