Process Improvement Analyst / Process & Workflow AnalystAre you a Process Improvement Analyst / Process & Workflow Analyst / Business Analyst with a background in Software Development, Data Analysis, Project Management & BI? If so then please read on.Process Improvement Analyst / Process & Workflow Analyst / Business Analyst required on an initial 6 month contract based in Guildford The role will play an integral part in automating the reporting for the business.Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree (preference for IT related area of study);Experience:
* Experience in Workflow Development and Implementation using Office 365 suite;
* Intermediate to high skill level with Microsoft Office 365 Suite of applications mainly Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Flow, Microsoft Excel (Macros) and MS Visio;
* Intermediate to high skill level with SAP - Finance would be beneficial;
* Intermediate to high skill level with Tableau would be beneficial;
* Intermediate to high skill level with Nintex would be beneficial;
* Proven record of leading and working with cross-functional teams;
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
* Ability to manage and direct multiple projects concurrently;
* Ability to analyse, capture and communicate business processes;
* Ability to accurately perform, verify, and understand advanced mathematical calculations;
* Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and orally, with all levels in organization and external clients;
* Experience in modelling business processes in complex business environments;
* Feasibility study, cost benefit analysis, proof of concept, prototyping;
* Able to establish, maintain and develop effective relationships with both technical and non-technical colleagues;
* Experience in Logical data modelling and Data Analysis;
* Experience in delivering digital transformation would be beneficial;
