Experienced UX Designer, Start-Up, Central StockholmThis Swedish start-up's goal is to make life in the private property market a little easier through data and digitisation. As one the founding members of the IT department you will have the opportunity to establish a foundation for future at my client. Here you can really hit the ground running, as this start up is already financially stable and giving you to opportunity to direct them the company throughout this period of growth. What You'll Be Doing Resigning the existing product in order for new features to be added to the product on both web and mobile platforms. You will also be establishing the design archutecture and workflows that will play a vital part as this business adds new core features to the product. Leading visual product development - from early exploration and concept development to prototype. Preparing and performing qualitative as well as quantitative research Utilise a full range of UX design, interaction design and visual design skills when developing new concepts Perform user testing and deliver concepts, prototypes, user flows, mock-ups based on research and data Desired Profile 3+ years' of experience creating user experiences and building digital products on web and mobile platformsIndustry experience in FinTech, Hospitality or Real estatePrevious experience working in a start-up/scale-upGood communication skills in Swedish or English EU citizenship is needed for this role due to a level of security clearance.
