Reed Technology are delighted to be working with a globally recognised client in search for an IT Support Technician to join their team on a permanent basis. The post holder will be responsible for support the IT estate across Europe. It requires a person who is capable of working autonomously and managing their own workload. The Role Responsible for both hands on and remote support for EU sitesSupporting multi-application environmentsManaging third party supplier relationshipsAssisting with network and IT security queriesSupporting ad-hoc projects (i.e. windows 10 roll-out)Generally supportive across all IT related queries Desired Background Exposure to an all-round IT support roleStrong server knowledgeExperienced in application supportBasic ERP supportCCNA and / or MCSE Certified If you have any queries about the role, please contact Ali Wallace on 0131 240 3695.
