A new design team of a very well established Semiconductor company in Milan is looking for an Analog Layout Manager for their growing design team. As Analog Layout manager you have responsibility from the block level through to top level IC integration and verification. You will work with design engineers to ensure layout quality and will work with other mask designers in a team project environment. You will also work with CAD engineering for on-going improvements to the PDK’s and design environment. As the successful Analog Layout Manager you have a good understanding of industry standard layout conventions and rules for reducing layout risk alongside high proficiency with BCD, Cadence tools, DRC, LVS, Mentor Calibre, to include verification and extraction. You have the ability to layout IC’s (ADC’s, DAC’s, PLL’s, LDO’s, and Bandgaps etc.) in a size/time constrained environment and are proficient in floor planning activities with block and top level assembly. You must have proven ability to organize and lead a layout team in scheduling and executing on a project and be a good team player.
