Digital Business Analyst - Customer Journey - D365
Excellent role for a proactive, one step ahead Digital BA that can help help an organisation define their Digital Customer / Patient Journey Roadmap and the requirements behind the possible - think voice services, AI, Nudge, VR - all leveraging off a MS Dynamics / Azure environment.
Contract role, 3 months initially, largely remote, this will be fast paced and require high output. If this is the sort of thing you do and what excites you, please get in contact asap by applying for the role.
Any background in pharma, medical or healthcare sector will be beneficial, in the very least a strong appreciation of the patient journey.
To be suitable you will;
Have proven digital transformation, customer journey experience
Be experienced working in Agile
Be to bring together a wide variety of business users to elicit requirements at all levels of the business and IT.
Excellent documentation, able to utilise Azure Devops (VSTS, TFS),
