Software Development Manager London to £100k

Software Development Manager (Salesforce CRM RESTful) *Remote Interview WFH*. Are you a technologist seeking a lead role? You could be joining a scale-up FinTech and making a real impact.

Most of the work is Greenfield development; as a Software Development Manager you'll be working across the business in a highly motivated team environment; liaising with other team leads to reach a common goal of producing a banking contact centre Salesforce CRM software that will enable traditional banks to compete with technology driven challengers.

Your team od Salesforce Developers will focus on complex APIs and messaging services; using Kafka and SpringBoot as well as Apigee APIs within the wider Salesforce CRM solution. As Software Development Manager you'll act as a servant leader, removing any obstacles or roadblocks; diving into the code and carrying out code reviews, mentoring and developing people.

You'll be based in modern, open plan offices in central Leeds with all the latest kit; a well stocked kitchen / canteen area and a highly motivated team atmosphere with flexible working opportunities (initially 100% WFH, moving forward 2-3 days a week in the office).

Requirements:

Strong technical / team leadership skills with experience of managing Salesforce development teams

Deep understanding of Salesforce with experience of using Salesforce to build CRM systems

Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and ideally Kafka (or other messaging technology)

Genuine passion for technology; keen to learn and continually innovate

Advocate of Agile development methodologies, Scrum preferred

Collaborative with strong communication skills; able to inspire and motivate; keen to help people develop their careers
