Project Description

GLDA is an integral element of the Claims digitalization strategy: it makes usage of modern technology in order to unlock the potential of loss data across MRG divisions in order to evolve from reacting based on experience and personal knowledge to proactively manage losses and provide insights that matter for all relevant stakeholders.Constant delivery of data driven Business Use Case applications (descriptive and predictive analytics as well portfolio analytics & insights generation) for UW, Claims and external clients in combination with foundational topics (e.g. Text Mining, Bordereaux Data Intake and Data Quality Improvements) and solutions of ad hoc requests ensure an adequate mix of short-, middle- and long-time value.

Task Description

Design and build state of the art backend application for data driven use cases.Reconcile and consult with a small but experienced team of data scientist and developers.Recommendations and input based on experience and past projects expected

Required working experience

3-5 years relevant experience

Must have

Scalable web frameworks (Play Framework / Spring Boot)functional programming paradigmMapping of structured dataScala/KotlinDev OpsCloud Technologies (Microsoft Azure)Agile Development / SCRUM
