You'll work with Data Science, Data Engineering and DevOps experts to augment your own skills in these areas.The role is suitable for a talented engineer with up to date experience putting machine learning models into production and supporting a modern ML/AI team.Key Responsibilities:Take theoretical data science models and transform them into production ready models that can scale to perform as required by our online productsDeploy models across environmentsTroubleshoot issues with models running in productionEnsure that data can be fed into model training frameworks As required by Data Scientists during model developmentAs needed to retain a models performance in productionPerform ongoing extension and maintenance (in collaboration with Data Engineers) of machine learning pipelinesBuild a team of experts and help train colleaguesSeek to develop the data infrastructure and introduce new ways of working Skills and ExperienceA strong software engineering background, covering operational visibility of software artifactsUnderstanding of software development methodologies in a distributed data environmentExperience with and understanding of a variety of machine learning techniquesAbility to assess machine learning model performanceCompetent in programming languages such as C#, Python and RFamiliarity with building Docker imagesUnderstanding of deployment into managed Kubernetes clustersStrong analytical skills
