Technical Business Analyst (Salesforce CRM API UI Agile). Trailblazing FinTech is seeking a proactive Business Analyst with a keen eye for UI design to collaborate with forward-thinking feature teams and support the successful delivery of Salesforce features.

As a Business Analyst, you'll play a critical role in bridging gaps between the client and Salesforce, calling upon your industry experience to complete detailed analysis of assigned journeys, features and epics. You'll support the creation and management of the product backlog, gathering requirements to actively manage cross-team dependencies.

This is a high-visibility role where you'll have the chance to collaborate with teams across the design function and product ownership, to positively shape the roadmap design and understand the features on a granular level. The ideal candidate will be a confident, tech-driven Business Analyst who has a fundamental appreciation for user interfaces and how this contributes to the customer journey.

Requirements:

You have strong experience as a Technical Business Analyst, problem solving issue tracking and resolution

You have experience working with UI/UX and translating wireframes into user stories

You're highly experienced in requirements elicitation

You have thorough working knowledge of retail / business banking processes

You're an advocate of Agile methodologies and enjoy working collaboratively

Desirable: Salesforce CRM experience / Systems Analysis experience
