Award-winning key partner to the process industries is seeking a technology-driven Software Engineer to play a critical role in designing and developing new features and enhancements for their core products.

In conjunction with developing new features, you'll take ownership of maintaining and supporting existing software with a focus on improving general robustness, performance, usability and workflows of the platforms interface.

In this Software Engineer role, you'll have the chance to partner with developers, Quality Assurance engineers and Consultants across the business to achieve these objectives, as well as building CI/CD pipelines, supporting software deployments within the DevOps environment.

Requirements:

You have commercial experience as a Software Engineer / Developer, specifically using Java including multi-threading

You're a passionate technologist, keen to learn and work with modern tools and CI/CD

You have an analytical, R&D approach to work

You enjoy working collaboratively and sharing knowledge with others

You're educated to degree level (BSc / MSc / PhD, Computer Science or closely related discipline)
