Communications & Training Manager
Central London
£70000 - £75000 per annum
Client is a leading Lloyds Insurer based in the City of London, is actively looking for a Communications & Training Manager with Insurance experience to join them on a fixed term contract basis (6 months with view to extend). The selected individual will be involved in the rollout of communications & training for the entire operational staff on new systems and processes.
Responsibilities:
* Work with the business SMEs to create training materials
* Rolling out training to staff on new systems
* Communicating all training updates to relevant teams & functions
* Be responsible for all internal & external communications, primarily to 3rd party vendors
Key Skills:
* A proven track record in internal and external communication delivery
* Experience in developing & designing complex training material
* Delivering systems training to cross functional teams
* Creating process maps and communication strategies
* Insurance experience, preferably within underwriting
* Ability to work with both business and IT SMEs
This role is offered on a 6-month basis with the possibility for extension. It will be based in The City of London at £70,000-75,000 pro rata. If this opportunity is of interest, please forward your CV for immediate consideration.
