An exciting opportunity has just arisen for an Infrastructure Analyst to join a growing global financial services company based in Surrey. This organisation is currently looking to bolster their infrastructure capability and this Infrastructure Analyst will be involved with operational work to support the infrastructure platforms, focusing on the ongoing improvement and management of the IT Infrastructure.
Infrastructure Analyst Requirements
* Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 10 desktop management using SCCM, WDS, WSUS.
* General knowledge of networking - The TCP/IP stack, concept of VLANs and firewalls, wireless configurations, etc.
* 1 year+ of 1st line technical helpdesk environment.
* 2nd line desktop support experience.
