We have fantastic, market leading projects across a range of industries that bring together the best of our management consulting, customer experience and Salesforce enabled technologies.We have created a dedicated Senior Associate programme that will support you through the first 2 years in the business, ensuring that you get a wide range of skills, capabilities and experience.The role Senior Associates will demonstrate knowledge through continual learning and development through hands on project experience and gaining formal salesforce certification.As a Senior Associate in the Salesforce community, you can expect the following:Being a key and integral PwC engagement team member, producing high quality deliverablesAn opportunity to develop deep technical expertise in digitally enabled transformation and to develop broader expertise in delivery work streamsContinued supported learning covering Standard Salesforce content through access to Trailhead Courses and Internal Learning resourcesA programme of ongoing development through external Salesforce accreditation - Joiners will be expected to complete the following within two years of joining: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Application BuildersDeveloping team members, in particular Associates on PwC’s Consulting Foundation for the Future programmeContributing towards business development and building new propositionsThe EssentialsHave a working knowledge as to how Salesforce is adopted and used in a commercial settingHave a keen interest in working with enterprise technology projects and to supporting digital transformation initiatives in the Salesforce domainA proven track record of collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines and grades - especially to define technology objectives Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of staff.Excellent written skills.Salesforce Administrator Certification.The nice to have:Experience in PMO and / or project management or business analysisExposure to leading edge technology and practices with our clients and technology colleaguesExperience in CRM and / or digital delivery Experience in managing software application development projects Experience in working with Agile methodologies Majority of related experience gained in the Financial Services or Private Sector clustersOne or more additional Salesforce Certifications above Administration.To do the job well, you should be/have:Positive can-do approach to getting things done Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and delegate effectivelyHigh comfort levels with the translation of business requirements into tangible salesforce solutionsA confident written and verbal communicator, able to clearly explain functional requirements to non-technical audiencesAccurate and have good attention to detailAble to use initiative and work independently Analytical and solution design abilities Enjoy a fast-paced working environmentFlexible and willing to adapt to business requirements Be able to travel
