Systems Administrator / Engineer (JIRA Confluence Workday) *Remote Interview*. Global Investment Management company is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator. You will work with a range of 3^rd party / vendor solutions used company worldwide and assist users (approximately 400 across the globe) to provide enhancements and expertise with these products.

You will be responsible for System Administration and development for JIRA, JIRA Service Desk and Confluence; performing analysis, designing and writing custom reports in Workday and investigating ways to improve and optimise process workflows as well performing system upgrades, installations, evaluations and maintaining system health.

You'll gain valuable knowledge of financial trading systems as part of a supportive technology team that encourages continual learning; based in modern, open plan offices with all the latest kit and 360 views of the City.

Driven by technology the company is able to offer a remote interview process and onboarding during the current social distancing measures.

Requirements:

Strong hand-on experience with JIRA, JIRA Service Desk and Confluence or Workday

Familiar with adding and using Macros and other Confluence add-ons

Experience with extending products beyond out of box capabilities using scripts and / or API's

Knowledge of scripting or specific knowledge of JIRA concepts (behaviours, transition post function, triggers, validators, listeners, events, etc.)

Keen to learn other product skills; pro-active and able to work with minimal supervision

Self-organising with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects

Collaborative with good communication skills, keen to be part of a diverse and supportive global team
