C# .NET Full Stack Junior Developer Lakeside, Portsmouth SF30485 About the role Here at Babcock International, we're looking for a C#.NET Full Stack Junior Developer to work within the Application Solutions team to develop a custom web applications based on C# .NET Core with a SQL server back end hosted on IIS. This C#.NET Full Stack Junior Developer will be challenged by customer design and developing bespoke applications.

Key Tasks:

Design and delivery of custom web applications and RESTful API's based on business requirements

Maintain and update existing web applications with additional functionality based on business requirements

Generation of SQL tables, stored procedures and functions

Installation and configuration of web application on IIS server

Key Outputs/Deliverables:

Delivery of C# .NET Core web applications based on customer requirements

Maintain and update existing code base of C# .NET web application 

Documentation of all solutions

What do I need to do the role?

Experience:

Experience in C# .NET development which can include:

ASP.NET Core MVC

Entity Framework

Web methods and HTTP endpoints

Dependency injection

Web controls and master pages

LINQ

Documentation of work, commenting, and proper organisation of code so end users and other team members can use and support individually developed code in the future

What else do I need to know?

This role is based in Lakeside, Portsmouth. A vibrant and accessible campus that has shops, restaurants, hairdressers and a nursery on site. It has parking for employees and runs a free shuttle bus from city centre trains and bus stops.

You must have or be able to gain MOD SC security clearance, and other security clearances as contracts demand; e.g. Met Police, CRB Check.
